Every cheese is the result of the marriage of the work of local farmers and the good work and respect of Quesería Almonte when it comes to following the cheese culture and tradition of the region.
We use raw goat milk from the Serrana, Verata and Retinta breeds that are never stabled and mostly feed on native vegetation. This, added to the great quality of the process, results in a natural cheese with a great flavor.
We make sure that, in the milk selection process, exhaustive analyzes are carried out in which hygiene, quality and organoleptic characteristics are observed.
